# mamitsu

> mamitsu is an API and MCP server that turns the content of a social media post into JSON. Send a post URL from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X with a prompt that says what you want. mamitsu watches the video, listens to the audio and reads the caption and post text, then returns one JSON object. Add a JSON Schema for fixed fields, or let mamitsu choose the structure from your prompt.

Developers call `POST https://usemamitsu.com/api/v1/extract` with an API key. AI agents use the `extract` tool on the MCP server at `https://usemamitsu.com/mcp`, which takes the same inputs and returns the same result. New accounts start with 100 free credits.
