How can my app build a searchable library from selected social posts?

Extract information from selected posts with Mamitsu, then store and search the results in your own application.

Choose the posts

Your application selects posts and what to keep

Your application chooses public posts, asks Mamitsu to extract information from each one, and stores the structured result with its source URL. Your application provides the database, indexing, and search experience. Mamitsu extracts information from selected posts; it does not discover posts or host an archive.

Start with the posts your application has selected. Ask Mamitsu for the information your product needs, such as a recipe’s ingredients or a tutorial’s ordered steps. It returns the requested information as structured JSON.

Mamitsu’s published Instagram recipe example shows the dish, ingredients, toppings, and ordered steps, together with the Instagram source. Your application can store those details with its own record identifier and indexing fields.

Keep the source

Keep extracted details linked to the original post

Store the source URL with the returned data so a person can revisit the original post and check important details. Your application owns the record IDs, database, search index, and interface.

If the library needs the same fields for every record, ask the same question about each post. If questions differ, keep enough context about each question and source to interpret the results. Verify important details against the original post before using them in a decision or customer-facing answer.

Use MCP from an AI client or the REST API in a direct application integration.
