How can I find sponsorship disclosures in influencer videos?

Collect explicit disclosure wording from selected public posts for human review.

Collect explicit cues

Extract disclosure wording, not assumptions

To review a public creator post for disclosure cues, ask Mamitsu to identify explicit wording in the video, audio, or caption. It can return the wording and where it appeared for a person to review. It cannot establish an undisclosed relationship or decide whether a disclosure meets legal requirements.

Ask for terms such as “ad” or “paid partnership” only when present. Keep the location with each observation: spoken audio, on-screen text, or caption. Do not infer sponsorship from praise, product placement, a discount code by itself, or a change in the creator’s tone.

For example, ask: “What explicit advertising, sponsorship, paid partnership, gifted product, or affiliate disclosures appear in this post’s video, audio, or caption? Quote each cue and say whether it is spoken, shown on screen, or written in the caption. Do not infer a relationship from a recommendation or product mention.”

Review the cue

An extracted cue is not a compliance verdict

Platform and regulatory rules depend on context. TikTok’s Branded Content Policy describes its commercial-content disclosure setting. Instagram’s Paid Partnership label guidance explains the label for branded content. These sources explain the platform context, but extracting post content does not decide whether a post meets every applicable requirement.

An empty list means the extraction returned no requested cues from the selected post. It does not show that no business relationship exists. A person should review the original post and relevant context.

For connection details, see Connect Mamitsu to an MCP client and the Instagram Reel guide for a real content extraction example.
